  • Please note that check-in is at the Alpine Resort Properties office in downtown Winter Park. Coming from the south on US Hwy 40, 2 miles past the Winter Park Ski Resort is the town of Winter Park. Once you are in downtown Winter Park, make a left at 7-11, make a quick left into the parking lot of Alpine Resort Properties. Please call 800-551-9943 for after hours check in procedures.
Meadow Ridge is located in Fraser and provides guests with on-site amenities such as full access to the clubhouse, year round indoor pool, hot tubs, exercise room and tennis court. Our one and two bedroom condos feature wood burning fireplaces, full kitchens and deck access in the living rooms, offering great views of the Rocky Mountains and Winter Park Ski Resort. Check-in is located at 78884 US Hwy. 40, The Clock Tower Building, Winter Park, CO. The check-in office is located at: 78884 US Highway 40, Aspen, CO, 80482. Check-in begins at 4PM. A 4PM check-in is not guaranteed during peak times however, we will make every effort to do so. Check-out is at 10AM. Check-in is located at 78884 US Hwy. 40, Winter Park, CO.
